AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
BlueID Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida limited liability company. We provide NFC-enabled identification tags and a digital platform that allows users and organizations to voluntarily store and access information that may be useful in certain situations.
BlueID Group is a technology company that provides an informational storage and retrieval system only. The Services are not an emergency response system, medical service, dispatch system, monitoring service, or safety-critical system. We do not provide emergency response, medical care, or real-time intervention of any kind.
The Services allow access to user-submitted information through NFC tags or digital profiles. All information is voluntarily provided, unverified, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable at the time it is accessed.
The Services are not a substitute for 911, emergency services, medical care, or legally required safety procedures. You assume all risk associated with reliance on information accessed through the Services.
The Services may be accessed in situations where emergency response is occurring, but BlueID Group does not participate in, coordinate, direct, or influence any emergency response activities.
We operate the website https://www.blueidgroup.com (the “Site”) and related products, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms govern use of BlueID Group's standard Services. Customers under a separately signed enterprise agreement, master services agreement, custom procurement contract, pilot agreement, or other written agreement signed by an authorized representative of BlueID Group LLC are governed by the terms of that agreement, which supersede these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

1. OUR SERVICES
BlueID Group provides NFC-enabled identification tags and a SaaS platform that allows users and organizations to store and retrieve voluntarily submitted information through a scanned tag or digital profile.
The Services are strictly informational. They are not designed, intended, or represented as a system for emergency response, medical treatment, dispatch coordination, monitoring, or safety-critical decision-making.
BlueID Group does not provide emergency services and does not participate in or influence emergency response activities. Any use of the Services during an incident is incidental and not indicative of system reliability or intended dependency.
2. DATA VOLUNTARINESS AND PRIVACY
All data submitted through the Services is voluntary. Users and organizations determine what information is stored and may update or remove it at any time.
BlueID Group LLC is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate. HIPAA does not apply to the Services.
Organizations and employers are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent, ensuring legality, and maintaining compliance for all data they submit or manage.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All software, branding, designs, and platform materials are owned or licensed by BlueID Group LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
4. USER REPRESENTATIONS
Users represent that they are at least 18 years old, that all information provided is accurate, and that use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
5. USER REGISTRATION
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
6. PRODUCTS
We do not guarantee product appearance, availability, or specifications. All product details are subject to change without notice.
7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH, wire transfers, and other payment methods.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and other PCI-compliant providers.
By submitting payment information, you authorize BlueID Group LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
BlueID Group LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
We are not responsible for payment processing failures, delays, declines, charge errors, banking issues, or system failures caused by third-party processors, including Stripe.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. Auto-renewal terms, cancellation rights, refund policy, exchanges, and warranty are governed by Section 9.
9. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY
9.1 Scope and Precedence. This Section 9 governs cancellation, returns, exchanges, and warranty for BlueID Group's standard platform and Services. It does not apply to customers operating under a separately negotiated enterprise agreement, master services agreement, custom procurement contract, pilot agreement, or other written agreement signed by an authorized representative of BlueID Group LLC. In the event of any conflict between this Section 9 and a signed enterprise or custom agreement, the terms of that agreement control. Standard Service customers — including individual consumers and organizations purchasing through the BlueID Group website or standard sales channels — are governed by the terms set forth in this Section 9.
9.2 No Monetary Refunds. All sales of NFC tags, hardware, subscriptions, and software services are final. BlueID Group LLC does not issue monetary refunds for any product or service, in whole or in part, including for unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or unused tag inventory. By purchasing the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, except where prohibited by applicable law.
9.3 Consumer and Organizational Accounts. The Services are offered to both individual consumers and organizations (including employers, general contractors, and subcontractors). Cancellation, return, and exchange terms in this Section 9 apply equally to both. However, the organizational indemnification obligations described in Section 22 apply only to organizational accounts and do not bind individual consumer users.
9.4 Cancel Anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at sales@blueidgroup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed again after cancellation is processed. Consistent with applicable consumer protection laws — including the California Automatic Renewal Law and the Federal Trade Commission's automatic renewal rules — consumer subscribers will receive clear disclosure of renewal terms prior to purchase, advance notice before annual renewals, and the ability to cancel online without contacting customer support.
9.5 Failed Payments. If a payment fails and is not cured within fourteen (14) days following written notice to the account holder, the account will be treated as cancelled under Section 9.4, with the same end-of-period access terms applying. BlueID Group is not obligated to extend service beyond the period for which payment has been received.
9.6 Continued Access Through End of Billing Period. When you cancel, you retain full access to the dashboard and BlueID app through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your NFC tags will continue to surface the worker's Emergency Profile on tap during this period as well. At the end of the billing period, account access, dashboard functionality, and Emergency Profile access via the NFC tag will be deactivated. Where an organization cancels an account covering workers other than the account owner, the cancelling organization is solely responsible for notifying affected workers in advance that their tags and Emergency Profiles will be deactivated. BlueID Group has no obligation to notify individual workers of organizational cancellations.
9.7 Exchanges. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges for NFC tags or hardware that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. Exchange requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery by contacting sales@blueidgroup.com. Approved exchanges will be fulfilled at no additional cost to the customer.
9.8 Warranty. BlueID Group LLC warrants that physical identification tags will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from purchase. Remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement at BlueID Group's discretion, and liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product. BlueID Group tags are covered by our Tag Protection Program and 5-year limited warranty, which includes replacement coverage for defective or non-functioning tags and a simple replacement process for organizations. Full warranty terms — including the Tag Protection Program, eligibility requirements, and limitations — are available in the Tag Protection Program & Warranty Policy and govern all hardware defect, durability, and performance claims.
9.9 Our Approach. We try to keep this clear and straightforward. If something is wrong with what we shipped, we will make it right through an exchange or warranty claim. If the Services are no longer the right fit, you can cancel any time and continue using them — including Emergency Profile access on every tag — through the end of the billing period you have paid for. We do not issue monetary refunds, but we stand behind the product.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not misuse the Services, interfere with system integrity, reverse-engineer systems, upload malicious code, or impersonate others.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE OF NFC TAGS
NFC identification tags provided by BlueID Group are intended solely for workplace identification and the voluntary storage and retrieval of user-submitted information as described in these Terms.
Tags may not be:
- Repurposed for uses other than those described in these Terms
- Resold, redistributed, or transferred to third parties outside the subscribing organization
- Modified, tampered with, or reverse-engineered
- Used for unauthorized tracking, surveillance, or monitoring of individuals
- Used in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
BlueID Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and deactivate tags associated with any violation of this section.
12. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Users retain ownership of submitted data. By providing information, users grant BlueID Group a limited license to process and display such data solely for operation of the Services.
13. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to maintain security, integrity, or operational stability.

16. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
17. MODIFICATIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, AND FORCE MAJEURE
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, network outages, governmental actions, or third-party service disruptions, including hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and payment processors such as Stripe.
The Services may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted at any time without notice, including during situations where access may be expected or needed.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Collier County, Florida.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida. Class actions are waived.
ARBITRATION OPT-OUT
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions of this section by sending written notice to sales@blueidgroup.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Services. Your opt-out notice must include your full name, account email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration. If you do not opt out within the 30-day window, you agree to be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions of this section.
20. LIFE, MEDICAL, AND EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
The Services are strictly informational and do not provide emergency response, medical services, dispatch services, monitoring services, or safety-critical functionality.
BlueID Group does not provide or participate in emergency response.
All information is user-submitted, unverified, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable at the time of access.
The Services are not a substitute for emergency services (911), medical care, or official safety procedures.
BlueID Group does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or access at any time, including during emergencies or incidents where access may be needed.
Any use of the Services during an emergency situation is incidental and does not indicate intended reliance or operational dependency.
Users and organizations assume all risk associated with reliance on the Services.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from actions taken by third parties, including first responders, employers, or bystanders.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

22. INDEMNIFICATION
The indemnification obligations in this section apply to organizational accounts (employers, contractors, and account administrators). Individual consumer users are not bound by the organizational indemnification provisions below.
You agree to defend and indemnify BlueID Group LLC against claims arising from misuse of the Services, inaccurate data submission, failure to obtain consent, or violation of applicable laws.
ORGANIZATION AND EMPLOYER INDEMNIFICATION
Organizations, employers, administrators, and account owners additionally agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlueID Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

You consent to electronic communications and agree electronic signatures are legally binding.
